What (your ingredients):

1 cup raw cashews

1 cup raw walnuts

1 cup rolled oats

2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

8 medjool dates, pitted

How (your directions):

Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend for about 90 seconds, stopping every 15 seconds to scrape the sides down.

When the mixture can stick together when you press it between your fingers, it’s done blending!

Simply roll into 12 energy balls and store in an airtight container for 7-10 days.
